Sydney-based pharmacy group Rx Management issued an online notification and public apology regarding a major data breach stemming from an earlier INC Ransom ransomware attack. Services Australia estimated that up to 109,000 patients across stores in NSW, Victoria, and South Australia who provided personal information on or before 19 March 2026 may have been impacted. Exfiltrated records contained sensitive personal and health information. Rx Management notified regulators including OAIC and Services Australia, engaged cybersecurity specialists, and issued warnings to affected patients.
