Cybersecurity researcher Jeremiah Fowler discovered an unprotected, publicly accessible database containing 13.7 million plaintext breached credentials and personal records without password protection or encryption. The repository, linked to India-based AI software and IT platform Vibetech, aggregated records from numerous high-profile global leaks—including AT&T, Amazon, and banking datasets—lowering barriers for malicious actors. Following responsible disclosure, the database was secured and restricted by the hosting provider.
